Here at Children's Rooms we pride ourselves on excellent customer service.
We know that you don't want to wait days for your order to arrive. That's why we send every order by Parcel Force 24 or Royal Mail First Class Post. Which means that, all being well, you should receive your parcel the following working day after it has been despatched.
What's more, any order that we receive before 2.00pm on a working day will be despatched on the same day!

However, although we promise to despatch your order quickly, it should be remembered that delivery is not guaranteed within this timescale and parcels can occasionally take longer to reach their destinations.
Parcels sent to Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, the Channel Islands and certain parts of Scotland will usually take a little longer to arrive.
How much is the shipping charge?
The shipping charge is calculated based on several factors including the destination, the size and weight of the product(s) ordered and the packaging required.
The shipping charge is displayed in the shopping cart before you proceed to the checkout.
Where do you deliver to?
We deliver to all parts of the UK including Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands and BFPO and also the Republic of Ireland.
We do not currently ship overseas, however this is a service we hope to offer in the near future and if you are interested in ordering please contact us.
How will my parcel be sent?
Smaller items are usually sent by Royal Mail First Class Post whereas larger items and orders with multiple items are despatched using Parcel Force. As a general rule, if the shipping charge is £4.50 or less then your order will be despatched by Royal Mail. If the shipping charge is over this amount then Parcel Force will be used. Orders to the Channel Islands and BFPO will always be despatched by Royal Mail.
How will I know when my order has been despatched?
When your order has been despatched you will receive an e-mail notification advising of this. If your order has been sent using Parcel Force you will receive a further e-mail with a tracking number allowing you to track and trace the package via their website.
Help! I haven't received my parcel, what should I do?
Contact us - we will do anything we can to help.
If an item sent by Royal Mail has not been received it can often be found at the local sorting office awaiting collection. If not, the Royal Mail has a specific procedure that we can follow in the event of a missing parcel.
