At Pen & Paper we believe that our office products such as stationery, ink and toners, business machines and office furniture offer excellent value for money. You should find our prices amongst the lowest and most competitive on the internet.
However there will be occasions when we might be beaten by price. This price promise is to ensure that you receive the very best and lowest price all the time.
If you find any item cheaper elsewhere then we will beat the price. Please ensure the following conditions are met before contacting us.
Products must be the normal price of the item i.e. it isnt in a sale or on special offer.
Both items must be identical.
Prices must be inclusive of VAT and any additional charges e.g. delivery should be highlighted.
Product must be brand new and not secondhand, end of line or returned item.
You must be able to provide the sufficient information so that we can verify the price ourselves e.g. website address telephone numbers.
Price promise only applicable for goods available in the UK.
