A signature is required upon delivery. Drivers are contracted to
deliver to your kerbside. Please bear in mind that many of our
items are heavy, the driver will not be able to carry them upstairs
and may require assistance when unloading. Please advise us when
placing your order if you are unable to assist the driver.

items, we will charge the cost for Heavy/Oversized items.
