Competition Terms and Conditions
1. The promoter of this competition is ILC Media, Pittman Court, Pittman Way, Fulwood, PRESTON PR2 9ZG United Kingdom.
2. The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland only, aged 18 years or over, excluding employees or agents of ILC Media or anyone else connected to the competition and/or their immediate family.
3. Only entries made online via the Internet will be accepted. All submitted entries become the property of ILC Media. 4. No purchase is necessary to enter this competition.
5. ILC Media does not accept responsibility for lost, damaged or illegal entries. Illegible entries (including corrupt files) will be invalid and proof or sending/mailing is not proof of receipt.
6. All entries for each competition must be received no later than midnight on the last day of each calander month. The last competition is May 2008. 7. The winning entries will be selected randomly by ILC Media or its agents from all qualifying entries. The judge's decision is final and no correspondence will entered into.
8. The prize winners will receive confirmation that they have won the prizes via e-mail. They must reply to that email within 14 days of receipt. If no response is received by ILC Media or its agents within 14 days, ILC Media or its agents reserves the right to select another winner.
9. Personal Information about prize winners will be shared with ILC Media’s agents to the extent necessary for the prize to be delivered to the prize winner.
10. All prizes are non-transferable. No cash alternative is available for any prize. In the unlikely event that the prize should become unavailable, ILC Media reserves the right to substitute a prize which it may determine as being of equal value.
11. Entrants accept that if they win, ILC Media will have the right, without additional payment or permission, to use their name for the purposes of announcing the winner of this competition and they may be required to participate in post-event publicity.
12. Prize Details: Each calendar month from January 2008 until May 2008 there are 12 x 1 ILC Media single DVDs to be won. After the competition has closed there will be a draw for 1 x replica of the FA Cup. 13.
