Our website is an extension and an integral part of our traditional business - it is a convenient service tool for you to use to order FramedShares. Our website provides you access to the same traditional service features you have come to expect from FramedShare.

Your Personal Information Collected

FramedShare collects and stores the following personal information from the purchaser and gift recipient when a purchase is executed from our website, catalogue, fax, or telephone: name, telephone number, address, e-mail address, credit card number (if applicable), and type of share purchased.

How Your Personal Information is Used
We DO NOT share your personally identifiable information, except to process and fulfil your order. The FramedShare website uses an order form so that you can request information, products, and services. Contact information (e-mail address, telephone number, etc.) from the order form is used to send your orders and information about our company to you (however, you can opt-out of promotional e-mails. See Below). Your contact information is also used to get in touch with you when necessary to fulfil your order. Contact information for gift recipients may also be collected solely in order to ensure correct gift delivery and proper registration of the stock purchased. Financial information (credit card numbers, credit card expiration dates, billing address, etc.) that is collected is used to bill you for products and services. Financial information is not used for any other purpose than billing.

When you consent to receive information and purchase share from any of the companies FramedShare provides, or arranges on your behalf, we will provide these companies with your recipient contact information. This is necessary as the product we sell is a "live" security and the recipient is benefited with all shareholder rights in the company in which the share is purchased.

From time to time FramedShare will send an electronic mailing (Newsletter) to everyone who has provided us with an electronic mailing address. If you receive such a mailing and wish to opt-out of any future mailings, simply follow the instructions in the e-mail to unsubscribe. At times, FramedShare will also use traditional avenues of contact using ground mail (or, snail mail) unless you have opted out of communication with FramedShare. See the "Choice/Opt-Out" section below.

How Third Party Information Is Used
When a customer makes a purchase for someone other than themselves, information is collected on the person who the purchase is intended for (called the recipient). Recipient information collected entails name and address. The recipient's information is solely used to fulfil the order request by the purchaser.

FramedShare institutes a website feature in which a person can send a referral message ("E-mail this site to a friend") to someone to notify a person of the FramedShare website. This is solely a one time "invite" e-mail and information provided to send this e-mail (such as name and e-mail address) is not stored and kept.

Choice/Opt-Out
FramedShare hereby provides express disclosure that the user will automatically receive our newsletter and promotional material via both electronic and traditional methods at the point of collection.

Users who no longer wish to receive our newsletter may opt-out of receiving these communications by following the instructions in the newsletter. Each newsletter has a unsubscribe feature at which "clicking" the link will automatically unsubscribe the user from further mailings from FramedShare. In addition, to deactivate your personal information, the user may also contact us by phone or mail.

Use Of Cookies
A cookie is a very small text file that is placed on your hard drive by a Web server. Cookies cannot be executed like programs or used as viruses, and the server that placed them can only read them. A cookie cannot access your hard drive and obtain personal information about you, unless you have supplied your information to the site delivering the cookie; it can only be used to store information that you have given the site (by filling out an online order form, for example).

How To Update Your Personal Information
Registered users and customers can update their information at any time by contacting FramedShare directly via e-mail at info@FramedShare.co.uk or, contact us by phone or mail.

Notification Of Changes
If we are going to use your personally identifiable information in a manner different from that stated at the time of collection we will notify you via e-mail. You will have a choice as to whether or not we use your information in this different manner. However, if you have opted out of all communication with FramedShare, or deleted/deactivated your account, then you will not be contacted, nor will your personal information be used in this new manner. In addition, if we make any material changes in our privacy practices that do not affect user information already stored in our database, we will post the notice on our website notifying users of the change. In some cases where we post the notice we will also e-mail users, who have opted to receive communications from us, notifying them of the changes in our privacy practices.

Data Security: Site Certificate Information
FramedShare only allows secure browsers to access the secure areas of our site. All of our pages that have forms collecting personal information for the ordering process are secure. When the browser is in secure mode, you can tell by the icon displayed at the bottom of the window. For example:
In Netscape Navigator 1.x, 2.x and 3.x, you will see a picture of a solid key.
In Netscape Communicator or Netscape Navigator and Microsoft Internet Explorer, you will see a picture of a closed lock.
In addition, the website address of a secure page will start with "https" instead of "http".

Every secure page on our website is certified. To view the certificate, click on the image of the closed lock or solid key on the bottom of the window. A window displaying the security information will pop up. Click, "subject" to verify that you are on the FramedShare.co.uk site. Click, "issuer" to verify the site certification authority.

Protection Of Stored Information
FramedShare uses the latest technology to protect our computer systems and the information on them.

We take several steps to insure the data is safely stored. First, our payment form is totally encrypted using SSL 128-bit provided by Barclays Merchant Services. Additionally, the computers are stored in climate controlled air tight facilities with state-of-the-art security systems that have CCTV and swipe card access in a highly secure building that is monitored 24-hours a day. We also use a firewall to prevent unauthorized users from getting access to our systems.

FramedShare places the highest value on customer satisfaction and the quality of our product and service.

Due to the nature of underlying securities, please note that your purchase is a real "legal" share certificate. Fulfilling your order entails three critical stages:

Confirmation
Registration
Delivery

Our policy depends on; the step at which your order is, at the time of your cancellation or return.

Confirmation Stage
Once an order is placed, FramedShare assumes that the order information you have supplied is correct and the order proceeds to the creation of your Gift Box. If you are unhappy with an item when you receive it or if you simply change your mind please return it to us within 30 days, with the despatch note, having taken reasonable care of it and in an unused state complete with packaging and all components, and we will refund you the price you paid for that product (excluding £5 to cover P&P, credit card processing fees and the cost of making your gift pack). We will make the refund directly to the credit/charge card used to place the original order within 30 days or earlier once we have inspected the returned item and are satisfied that it has been returned to us in the condition it was in when delivered to you. You will only have to pay for the return postage of the Products. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Registration Stage
The registration stage is the most critical stage in the FramedShare ordering process. This process entails physically registering the recipient's information in order for the recipient to become a shareowner of the company in which the purchaser bought.

During this stage, no refunds are available and no changes to shareholder information can be made. This is due to the nature of underlying securities. FramedShare will have already incurred the cost of the actual share's market value, the stock markets registration fees and normal company administration costs.

Delivery Stage
The delivery stage entails the gift to be delivered to the Recipient via a third party postal service.

FramedShare will unconditionally accept the return of a frame for refund of frame cost or for replacement due to manufacturing defect or shipping damage within a resonable time after delivery. The refund will be credited towards the purchaser only. Frame refunds cannot be credited towards the recipient if the recipient is different than the purchaser.

If the share certificate is to be returned and cancelled, the market value of the security and all FramedShares fees are non-refundable during this stage due to the nature of underlying securities.
If the share certificate is being returned due to shipping damage, FramedShare will fully reprint and reship the certificate to the recipient at no charge.

If the share certificate is being returned due to misspelling of recipient information, such information being wrongly supplied by the purchaser than the recipient will need to contact the shareholding companies share registrar to amend any errors the registrar may charge a fee for this service (It is highly recommended that both parties review the documents in the Confirmation Stage to avoid a situation as such). If however this mi-spelling of recipient information is due to the fault of FramedShare, its servants or agents, the Certificate shall be replaced and retuned at no cost.

International Orders - FramedShare is not responsible for import tariff taxes imposed by the issuing county.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

This agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

THIRD PARTY RIGHTS

A person who is not a party to this agreement has no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any terms of this agreement but this does not affect any right or remedy of a third party specified in this agreement or which exists or is available apart from that Act.

COPYRIGHT

All editorial content and graphics and all related intellectual copyright in any material whatsoever on this site are protected by UK Copyright and International Treaties and may not be copied without the express authority of Framshare Management. The copyright includes, but is not limited to, any related intellectual copyright in any material whatsoever on this site. Re-use of any Frameshare editorial content and graphics on line or off line for any purposes is strictly prohibited. Permission to use the Framshare content is granted on a case by case basis. Frameshare welcomes requests.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

FramedShare is not a broker/dealer registered with the FSA and information concerning stocks, companies and investing provided by FramedShare is for informational purposes only and is not provided for investment purposes nor should it be construed as a recommendation to buy or sell a particular stock. You are acquiring a share in a real company and the composition of that company may change from day to day. By way, of example, the company may merge with another, be taken over or be sold. You should therefore register the share in your name with as soon as possible. FramedShare does not and cannot accept any liability for any loss or costs arising to you, as a consequence of any change in the composition of the company or its ownership after the date of the original purchase of the share presentation pack howsoever caused. The order made by you by completing the online forms constitutes an offer by you to purchase the goods subject to these terms and conditions. Acceptance by us of your order shall only occur when the Share certificates are dispatched by us, which shall be conditional upon receipt and clearance of the value of the goods. Such acceptance shall mean that contract of the purchase of the goods as been formed and is subject to these terms and conditions.
