We doubt you’ll want to return your order but, if you do, we operate a no quibble returns policy. (Quibbling - say it fast three times and don’t smile. Impossible!)

Anyway, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, don’t strop. It’s never a good look. Simply return the item(s) to us in its original condition (not after giving it a test-drive in a mosh-pit) within 14 days of receipt. We will issue an EBTM store credit or a full refund on receipt of the item, or exchange the item for a different size / colour if you prefer.

If you are purchasing an item as a present, then you’re off to heaven, baby. And if you’re only giving the present to its intended recipient after the 14 day returns period has expired, we’ll extend the returns period to 14 days after the gift has been given, provided the item is still returned within two months of purchase. Call it a gesture of goodwill – but you started it.

Some products (such as underwear and bikinis) are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. Enough said.

Returns/ Exchanges

To return or exchange an item simply post the item (by registered post) to us, together with the documentation you received from us, stating clearly:

  • Your order number
  • Whether you require a refund or an exchange
  • If you require an exchange, don’t forget to state the size/ colour you require as a replacement.

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods (such as Royal Mail Registered Post). Please allow 28 days for your return to be processed.

Faulty or Incorrectly Supplied Items

If the item you received is faulty or is not what you originally ordered, we’re sorry but you can rest assured someone will be publicly flogged. But this is rare. Rarer than frogs in denim. Please e-mail care2@ebtm.com quoting:

  • Your order number
  • Your name and address
  • Details of the product
  • The nature of the problem
  • Please state whether you require a refund or a replacement.

We will then email you to advise you how to proceed.
