Returns Are Free For UK Customers!

All orders placed on our website are eligible for both FREE Royal Mail Tracked 48 delivery and also FREE returns! Should you wish to return your item(s), for any reason, simply fill in the paperwork that is enclosed in your parcel, affix the prepaid postage label (enclosed in your parcel) to front of your returns parcel and take it to your local post office. Returns are not free for non UK deliveries, charges will apply.

 

Shipping Information

We pride ourselves on our quick shipping and we aim to ship your order within 1-2 days of the order being placed. You will receive email confirmation when your order leaves our warehouse. If you require any further information regarding the delivery of your order, please do not hesitate to contact us.

*PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING POINTS.

• The cut-off time for Next Day Delivery orders is 2pm.
• Next Day Delivery orders placed on a Friday after 2pm will not ship until Monday, for Tuesday delivery.
• Free UK Postage is a Royal Mail Tracked 48 (2nd class service). Delivery of your order can be expected within 2-5 working days from the date of dispatch.
• Royal Mail Tracked 24 (1st class service). post can be expected within 1-3 working days from the date of dispatch.
• On the rare occasion that your item is not available, we will contact you immediately.
• Delivery to countries in the EU can be expected within 2 weeks, however please allow 21 days for your order to arrive.
• Delivery to countries outside the EU can be expected within 25 working days (5 weeks). Please ensure that this time has passed before querying the whereabouts of international orders, as it is possible that your order may pass through customs.
• If you require a tracking number for your order, please choose the appropriate tracking service at checkout, and you will automatically receive a tracking number on your shipping notification email, once your order has been dispatched.

 

EU Customs & Charges

From 01/01/2021 new tax changes apply to EU orders. Belle Lingerie have registered for the IOSS tax system using a third party, whereby customs duties and fees are included in the purchase price, for EU orders below 150 Euros. The tax is collected and paid directly to the tax system in your country, on your behalf.

If your order is over the value of 150 Euros, customs duties become payable on top of the order value. The delivery company/courier usually pay the tax directly to HMRC on your behalf, but you will have to repay the delivery company for the duty paid.

 

Postage & Packaging

UK Customers

We only charge one postage cost regardless of the number of items, that you purchase.

Royal Mail 48 (2nd Class Tracked Service) - FREE (proof of posting always obtained to ensure safe receipt)

Royal Mail 24 (1st Class Tracked Service) Mainland UK - £3.95

Royal Mail Special Delivery UK -  £8.95

 

EU Customers

Tracked delivery to the European Union is sent with the International Tracked postage service and is priced at £9.95

An International Tracked and Signed postage service is available for orders to the European Union and is priced at £11.95 - this delivery option will require a signature.

 

Rest of World Customers

For orders to Russia and Israel, an International Tracked postage service is the only option available and is priced at £11.95.

For orders to the Rest of World (outside of the UK, Russia, Israel and the European Union), an International Tracked postage service is available for £11.95.

Postage charges are non-refundable on returns unless the goods are faulty, or we made an error and sent you an incorrect item. You are also responsible for the safe return of any returned item and we cannot be held responsible for missing items returned by yourselves, so please ensure you send items back by recorded delivery or obtain proof of posting from your post office.

 

Other Notes for Overseas Customers

 

Please note: Part-shipping of orders is not available for overseas customers. Orders shipping to countries outside of the UK will dispatch once all items on the order become allocated, as per the messaging displayed on the product pages and at the checkout.

Overseas customers will also need to ensure the safe return of items and note that postage charges cannot be refunded.

Despatch of your item(s)

In stock lingerie items will despatch as soon as your transaction has cleared - they will be despatched within 24-48 working hours of payment being received (and cleared)

Standard delivery within the UK will be posted Royal Mail Tracked 24 (and is available subject to appropriate cost for service being paid) and within 24 working hours of order if item is in stock. If you are in the UK and have requested Special Delivery of your item, you will receive your order (signed for) by noon the day after your item has been posted.

*Please note that this is a Signed For Service and will require someone to be there to sign for your parcel.

Items are generally received 3-4 working days in the UK and 1-2 weeks from order date worldwide, but on a few occasions the items are ordered (upon request) specifically for you and therefore a short time is required for the item to be sent from our manufacturers. We will contact you via e-mail when your order has been despatched to you. Please note there may be delays in EU and worldwide delivery due to Brexit.
