Pack of 1, commercial grade Garlic Bulbs: Provence Wight

Provence Wight is a large white softneck garlic that can produce bulbs that approach Elephant Garlic size.

Originating in the lush valleys of the Drôme in the north of Provence it produces large fat cloves that suit vegetable & fish dishes of the Mediterranean.

Like many Mediterranean types, it responds to heavy watering in the 3 months before harvest.

Spring planting is possible although will produce smaller bulbs.

Sweet and substantial can keep up to January.

A good variety that I have grown for the last couple of years in buckets on the patio. Keeps well too and as an added bonus seems to keep the ants away from my tomato plants
