we had to wait 20 minutes for the driver to come and collect our car and the instructions where not as on the confirmation email. we had to drop and collect the car from departures which meant waiting in the drop off area for a considerable length of time. we were approached by a heathrow terminal operator and told to move on.
Good service on arrival at Heathrow, but had to wait over 30 minutes for our car to be delivered to Terminal 4, despite phoning Mobit when we landed and when we had collected our bags - as per the instructions. Not really the valet service we were hoping for after a long flight.
