Essential Information

Balloon decorating is easy!!

Filling kit allows inflation of either latex or foil balloons but does not have a regulator and so cannot be set to dispense a controlled volume of helium.

Keep the diameters of your balloons constant by making your own balloon grader. Either cut the right diameter hole from a sheet of cardboard to slip each balloon through or place two dining chairs back to back the required distance apart and pass each balloon between them to size them.

You should return the cylinder by the date requested (usually the week after your event).

Delivery can normally be made within one week, often within two days, but this will depend upon your location.

Delivery can only be made to a ground floor location and there must be good access to this address for what will be a large lorry.

If more convenient, we may be able to arrange for the cylinder and filling kit to be collected from and returned to a local agent.

You should be aware:

Helium is an inert gas and is non toxic. It won't blow up or poison you.

It should not be inhaled as in extremes this could lead to asphyxiation. It will starve the blood of oxygen.

Remove the filling kit when leaving the cylinder alone for any length of time to prevent children, (or child-like adults) tampering with it.

The cylinders are quite heavy. Both cylinders are slightly less than a metre in height. The V cylinder weight 16Kg and the T cylinder 29.5Kg

They can be lifted reasonably easily and transported by car. When transporting please strap in place securely. Do not transport with the filling kit fitted.

When using the cylinders please ensure they are strapped securely upright to a table or similar to prevent them falling over.
