Auchroisk - the unusual name means 'Ford of the Red Stream' in Gaelic, and it refers to the Mulben Burn from which the distillery draws its cooling water.
However, the real reason for the site of the distillery is that of Dories Well, an abundant source of soft, pure springwater.
A lovely dry and well balanced finished.
