Douglas Laing & Co was established back in 1948 with the express purpose of selecting and bottling the finest Scotch whisky. Three generations in, this proud family-owned business is still doing exactly that.

Celebrating this unswerving insistence on the best, Douglas Laing's Chairman has created their Single Minded selection - a unique range of single malts sourced from all over Scotland, each chosen with the same care, expertise and passion.

This release is from Auchroisk Distillery, aged for 10 years.

Wonderfully sweet on the nose developing to honeyed barley with marmalade on toast - very Speyside in style. The palate shows dulcet spices (cinnamon and nutmeg), milk chocolate and crunchy oat biscuits. It's buttery pastry with stewed fruits on the lingering finish alongside apple peel and honeycomb.
