Finished in a unique combination of French Cognac and Spanish Sherry Casks.
Tasting Notes:
On the nose, detect sweet smokiness alongside ripe plums, brown sugar and juicy peaches. The palate burst with phenols, red apples, smoky bacon and a meaty, malted character. The finish is long with toasted almonds, spices and orange marmalade on burnt buttered toast.
