Tasting notes:
Nose: Peaty and earthy with a touch of richness: smoked bacon and almonds, caramel apples, bonfires and liquorice root.
Taste: Sweet notes of caramelized nuts and salted fudge combine beautifully with Parma ham, smoky bacon and coastal brine.
Finish: Big, full finish, ending on sweet bonfire smoke, salted fudge, sugared almonds.
