This elegant non chill-filtered single malt is initially matured in boubon casks, then extra matured or 'finished' in Ruby Port casks.
Like sipping velvet this voluptuously smooth malt whisky imparts a complex balance of dark chocolate and mint flavours, with a luxurious hint of Port in the long lingering finish.
Because it is non chill filtered and bottled at 46%, this imparts added body, taste and texture to the spirit.
