Tasting notes:
Nose: Full of classic floral and citrus notes, tangy orange peel and honey alongside lemon sherbet and icing sugar, with light touches of cut grass and pear drops.
Taste: Lemon and orange sweets pair nicely with buttery shortbread and icing sugar, developing into a lemon drizzle cake with orange peel.
Finish: A medium length finish, buttery pastry with a lingering note of peppery lemon sherbet.
