Nose - A maritime quality with dried seaweed, then a sweet smokiness (bonfire ashes).
Palate - An earthy richness with a touch of soot, burnt sugar and black pepper.
Finish - A lingering leathery quality plus dired fruits, charred oak and puffs of peat.
