Nose - Brazil nuts, cinnamon and the waft of warm vanilla pods.
Palate - Double cream swirled with sharp summer berries. A drop of water reveals citrus notes, oak and fresh baked cookies (that's a winner).
Finish - Warming spices swell, yielding to the crisp sweetness of clementine zest.
