What is Acidophilus & Bifidus?

Acidophilus & Bifidus (L.acidophilus & Bifidobacterium) are a mixture of two of the most common types of 'healthy bacteria' known as Probiotics. Often found in fermented Foods like yoghurt and Japanese Miso, Acidophilus & Bifidus flourish in the vagina and intestines.

Directions of Use

For best results take two Proven Probiotics Acidophilus and Bifidus 25 Billion for Adults Capsules per day with food for a period of 1-4 months, depending on personal need. Thereafter it is usually possible to reduce to one capsule a day with food, to provide a high maintenance dose.
