Directions of Use

Adults and children over 12: Take 2 tsp (10ml) twice daily, before morning and evening meals. 

Children between 6 and 12 years: 2 tsp (10ml) daily.

Children between 1 and 5 years: 1 tsp (5ml) daily.

For best results take the Floradix liquid iron supplement on an empty stomach to ensure maximum absorption; 30 minutes before eating or a couple of hours after. Avoid taking iron supplements with milk, coffee or tea as they may hinder the absorption. Drinking orange or fruit juice along iron supplements helps to increase the absoprtion of iron due to the level of vitamin C.
