Directions of Use

Spatone 100% Natural Iron Supplement is best taken on an emtpy stomach and ideally taken diluted in fruit juice in the morning or in between meals. If you don't want to take Spatone 100% Natural Iron Supplement first thing in the morning you can also take it at night before you go to bed.

During pregnancy you can take up to two Spatone 100% Natural Iron sachets per day to maintain your iron levels. Either take two sachets together or one in the morning and one in the evening.

Caution: 

• Always consult your Doctor or Midwife before taking Spatone 100% Natural Iron.
• If you can’t tolerate orange juice try apple, mango, pineapple, or tomato juice; all rich in Vitamin C but low in tannins.
• It is advisable to leave a 30 - 45 minute gap between the consumption of iron supplements and the consumption of drinks such as e.g. tea, coffee or red wine and food.
