If you are ordering for delivery within BRAZIL, USA, CANADA OR RUSSIA, please be aware that Customs may destroy the package.
The Green Welly Stop cannot be held responsible and as a result no refund will be given.
If your order is returned to us by any customs or any authorities, then we will refund the value of the items - SHIPPING CANNOT BE REFUNDED.
If your order is returned to us damaged we will take images of the damaged parcel ready for your own insurers.

UNDELIVERED ITEMS
On occasion we get items / orders returned to us.
Royal Mail/PARCELFORCE will often leave a card if you haven't been available, however we understand that in some cases this doesn't happen.
PLEASE check with us if you haven't received your order within 7 days (or check 'Your Account' area for tracking information).
If your item has been sent - PLEASE CHECK WITH YOUR LOCAL POST OFFICE / DEPOT.

If your item / order is returned to us - there will be a further delivery charge.
