Delivery information
- We use DHL for all UK and International deliveries.
- Delivery times are for in stock products only. For exact delivery dates on pre-ordered items please contact info@capranv.com
- All DHL deliveries are tracked and must be signed for.
- Please be aware that UK public holidays will affect your expected delivery date.
- All orders come packed in our Capra NV presentation gift boxes, free of charge.

Each item is hand finished to order. Please allow 7 – 14 days for this to be done.

Delivery time 2 – 5 working days
Rest of World
Delivery time 5 – 10 working days
UK Delivery
We deliver UK wide and are providing the delivery service Free of Charge.
International Delivery
Due to international trading agreements and local customs restrictions, we may be unable to ship certain items to your location. We will let you know if this is the case once you proceed to purchase.
Mainland USA
We are offering clients who purchase within Mainland USA free shipping and the items will be Delivered Duty Paid.
DDP (Delivery Duty Paid)
We ship to your destination on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means that all relevant import taxes and duties will be included in the final purchase price.
DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid)
We ship to some destinations DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis which means all relevant import taxes and duties are not included in the final purchase. As the customer you will get contacted by customs once the shipment arrives and will have to settle any charges for customs to release the shipment and it will then be delivered to you the customer. Due to Brexit and additional couriers charges, there will be a nominal charge for all Euro Zone and Non-Euro Zone deliveries.
