Serving suggestion:

Vegan Pesto Gnocchi With Green Beans (serves 4)

• 500g bag of gnocchi.
• A handful of vegan parmesan shavings.
• 1 jar bonsan green pesto.
• 450g green beans.

Bring a large pan of lighted salted water to the boil. Add the gnocchi and beans. Boil for 2-3 minutes or until the gnocchi floats. Drain and toss the gnocchi and beans with the pesto. Finished with shaved vegan Parmesan.
