This is utterly divine liquid, the cask was selected by Jim McEwan for the original owner who bought it to prove to himself he was going to beat cancer. That was 18 years ago and they're happy to say the chap is alive and well. He sold the cask to them, despite being offered almost double the money from a broker, as he wanted people to be able to drink the whisky!
One of only 270 bottles produced from a single Refill Bourbon Hogshead.
Bottled at a cask strength of 51.5% abv.
