This product has been specially formulated to be taken during the perimenopause and menopause. Mix 20g of powder with 250ml to 300ml of cold plant-based or dairy milk, or water and consume once daily.

For UK orders over £40, there is no postage charge. For UK orders under £40, there will be a £3.50 postage charge.
For international orders, once through to checkout with your products, you will see the different postage options available. We aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours of ordering, so you should receive your order to a UK address within 2-3 working days. Most UK orders are sent out the same day and delivered the next working day.

Provided that it is within 30 days of your order, the product is unopened and with a sufficient expiry date, you can return your product to us with a note of your order ID and an explanation of the reason for your refund request to the following address:
