One of the workout programmes I completed had a "rest day rollout" and it was something I'd never done before. This thing is incredible! To be honest if you're using it properly it's not exactly a pleasant experience especially when working out any knots but I now use this after almost every workout, especially leg day! I've had fewer occasions of my muscles feeling stuff and tired and my legs feel amazing after using this. It's allowed me to perform better during my workouts

only had it about a week so just what I have seen from it so far am quite heavy and I lay on it with most of my weight to loosen tight mucsles in my upper back and its held up quite well I have been using it on my calfs too because they have been really sore and tight from exercise must admit it really does help with pain relief takes a bit of getting used to am still a bit wobbly on it but once I get used to it it will be a lot smoother I would definitely recommend for anyone with upper back pain it quite good for it

It’s fair to say my husband was sceptical when he ordered this. He had watched videos and reviews online and decided to go for it and he says it’s the best thing ever. He has a list of exercises (were not supplied with roller) he likes to do and it’s done his legs, hips and back the world of good!

Great Roller...

I have a smooth roller but after tearing my hamstring it just wasn't doing enough to get me through recovery. This worked a treat. First few goes were understandably uncomfortable, but within a couple of days it really started helping increase blood flow. Now I mix it up between the two depending on what I need. Great for rehab and really getting in to built up areas.
