Nose: Fresh with a salty / maritime style developing to barley and just a hint of peat smoke and iodine.
Palate: Wonderfully balanced - that typical Islay meaty / charcoal style alongside muscovado sugar, marmalade and vanilla cream.
Finish: Lingering with puffs of smoke and dry earth with a warming spiced oak character.
