Cambus 1990 30YO, Murray McDavid Casks #1909948/53/57
This superb single grain whisky is from Cambus Distillery, which was founded in 1806 and focused on distilling single grain whisky from 1836. The casks of Cambus they've bottled here were some of the last produced before the distillery was demolished in 1993. Today, sadly nothing remains of this once great distillery.
Their Whisky Creations Team filled three surviving casks of Cambus spirit into freshly emptied Limousin oak casks that previously held luscious French Cognac. After 14 months of close monitoring, this beautiful heritage spirit was ready to be bottled and shared with our friends and fellow whisky lovers around the world.
