Appearance - Bright deep gold with a tawny centre
Nose - Lovely and sweet. Fudge, fruit compote and glacier morello cherries. Fabulous complexity.
Palate - Remarkable flavours of stewed fruits and all-spice. Aged Oloroso and toasted walnut bread combined with chocolate.
Finish - Tremendously complex and long.
