Each bottle of Portobello Road Potato Vodka is distilled from almost three kilograms of British potatoes. After the first column still distillation, the alcohol is then distilled again in a copper pot still, this time in the presence of compounds. They then add the purest filtered water before bottling, resulting in a vodka full of character and elegance, and free from any hidden additives.
